JI Catering

 

The story of Ji Catering is a story of passion: that of the Chef and Manager Vincenzo Santangelo for Italy, for cooking, for excellence.

Vincenzo, after many years of experience in Italy and abroad and collaborations with Chef Star Micheline, founds Ji Catering and takes it all over the world.

After 26 years in Formula 1 and Moto GP, Ji Catering starts cooking for world famous teams such as Ferrari, Philips Morris, Haas and Ducati.

Hence the choice to produce and offer its own line of products: thus, from the meeting with Andrea Gatta, the idea was born to buy the Mario Fiore 1889 brand and produce Gragnano pasta, continuing the path of excellence undertaken.

Now Ji Catering is ready for a new adventure.
